As the Bar Supervisor at Jocelyn Bistro, I bring with me 10 years of experience in the industry and certifications as a barista and barman. I have worked in several bars in Croatia before moving to Ireland two years ago, where I joined the team at Fitzpatrick as a barman. My passion for football and creating new drinks has been invaluable in my role at Jocelyn Bistro, and I look forward to welcoming you to our bar.

Hi, my name is Natalia and I'll be your waitress tonight at Jocelyn Bistro. I've worked in the restaurant industry for several years, including at La Casa de Tono and Gabylu in Mexico as well as The Saddle Room restaurant in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin. I am currently pursuing a MSc. in Agricultural Biotechnology and I am a certified food safety auditor.
